If you are like yours truly… During the Passover and Easter holidays your parents, aunt and uncles make all the food. What if you could contribute? Maybe not slaving hours over a hot stove… But preparing recipes that are quick, delicious, that have amazing skin and health benefits.
So your truly wanted to share one of my favorite recipes with you all. It is called “Berry Crunch”!
This recipe is so easy and may be eaten for breakfast or as a snack.
Berries, BeRRies, and more bERries… So Yummy!
Most berries are great sources of fiber, and are important for a healthy digestive system. With cancer running around like the common cold, it might not be a good idea to try them. They are packed with antioxidants and vitamins A and C which are excellent to for our skin
Key Ingredients You Will Need:
- Hand full of Blueberries
- Pinch of Raspberries
- 5 medium size Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- nuts (almonds, or walnuts work best)
- ¼ tsp maple syrup
- 6 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
Once you have all the ingredients… Place them in a bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator for approximately 30mins. Then EATTTT!
